This video will show you how to perform a void or a return if one of your orders need it. This could be a partial or full void or return depending on what the circumstance is.

How to Close Out your Day with Group Capture in authorize.net:
This video will cover the steps needed to close out the day. This will happen automatically if left alone, but for your benefit there is a delay on capturing the orders (in case a void is needed). This feature is only necessary to help with accounting. This will ensure that all orders from that day close together with none rolling over to the next day's batch.
